Bought something from a creator? Here’s how it works.
Atisah is the checkout and delivery system creators use to sell courses, ebooks, coaching and tickets. You buy from the creator; we handle the payment and get you your access.
From payment to access
Pay securely
Card, bank transfer or mobile money, processed by a licensed payment partner. Atisah never sees your full card number.
Get your receipt
An email receipt arrives right away, with what you bought and how to access it.
Open your purchase
Downloads, courses and tickets live in your Atisah library. Log in with the email you paid with.
Get help if you need it
Message the creator directly, or contact Atisah support if something’s wrong with a payment.
Paying in parts
If you chose to pay in installments
- Your first part is charged today. The rest follow weekly or monthly, on the dates shown at checkout.
- We email you after every payment, so you always know where you stand.
- Your full access unlocks when the final part is paid.
- If a payment fails, we email you and retry it after 1, 3 and 7 days. If the last retry fails, the plan ends: you won’t get access, and the parts you’ve paid aren’t refunded.

Buyer questions
- I paid but didn’t get an email.
- Check spam and promotions first. Then log in to your library with the email you used at checkout; your purchase will be there.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are set by each creator, so contact the creator directly.
- Who am I buying from?
- The creator. Atisah processes the payment and delivers the product on their behalf.
- Is my card safe?
- Payments are processed by a licensed payment partner. Atisah never stores your full card details.
- There’s a charge I don’t recognise.
- Search your email for an Atisah receipt. If you can’t find one, contact support with the date and amount.
- How do I contact the creator?
- Reply to your receipt email, or use the contact link on the creator’s store.
