Thank you for your business.
Your business name, email, phone and address, plus your logo if you have one. The tool remembers them on this device for next time.
Who you're billing: their name or company, email and address.
Give every invoice its own number (INV-0001, INV-0002…) so you and your client can find it later. Set an issue date and a due date. Fourteen days is a common default.
One line per item or service, with a quantity and a unit price. Be specific: "Logo design, 3 revisions" gets queried less than "Design work".
Add a discount if you agreed one, and VAT or another tax if you charge it. The totals update as you type.
Put your bank or mobile money details in Payment details, download the PDF, and send it by email or WhatsApp.
A complete invoice gets paid faster because your client doesn't have to come back with questions. This generator covers all of these:
Yes. There's no account, no trial and no limit on how many invoices you make. The PDF has a small "Made with" line at the bottom and nothing else.
No. Fill in the form and download the PDF. You only need an Atisah account if you want clients to pay your invoice online.
In your own browser, on this device, so your details are there next time. Nothing you type is sent to Atisah. Clear it any time with the Clear button.
Yes. Enter the tax name and rate and the tool works out the amount. Nigeria's standard VAT rate is 7.5%, and there's a one-tap button for it when you invoice in naira. Rates differ by country, so check yours.
NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, UGX, TZS, RWF, XAF, XOF, EGP, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD. Amounts show with the currency code (for example NGN 25,000.00), which is clear to clients and accountants everywhere.
Download the PDF and attach it to an email or send it on WhatsApp. Keep a copy for your records.
Make it easy to pay. A PDF asks your client to copy bank details by hand. An Atisah invoice has a pay button: your client pays by card, bank transfer or mobile money, and you can see when it's paid.
On Atisah, every invoice has a pay button. Clients pay by card, bank transfer or mobile money, and you can see when they've paid. The same account also sells your digital products, courses and event tickets. No monthly fee to start.
