Installments & purchases

Last updated [date]
The short version
  • Installment access unlocks when the final part is paid
  • Creators are paid the full price once a plan completes
  • If a plan stops before the last part, there’s no access and the parts paid aren’t refunded
  • [Refund window, in one line]

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers purchases made on Atisah stores, sales pages and the Atisah marketplace, whether paid in full or in installments. Each creator sells their own products; Atisah provides the store and checkout.

2. Refunds on full payments

[Draft: window for refund requests, e.g. within N days of purchase; conditions for digital goods already accessed; how to request; who decides (creator vs Atisah) and timelines.]

3. How installment plans work

A plan splits the product price into weekly or monthly parts. The creator sets the schedule and the maximum number of parts; the buyer chooses how many parts at checkout. The first part is paid at checkout and later parts are charged on schedule. Access to the product unlocks when the final part has been paid. The creator receives the full price, less fees, once the plan completes.

4. Missed installment payments

If a scheduled part can’t be charged, we email the buyer and retry the card after 1, 3 and 7 days. If the last retry fails, the plan ends: the buyer doesn’t get access to the product, and the parts already paid are not refunded.

5. Cancelling a plan

[Draft: whether buyers can cancel a plan themselves, what is returned for parts already paid when they do, and whether a plan that ended can be restarted.]

6. Event tickets

[Draft: refunds for cancelled or postponed events; ticket transfers; who carries liability.]

7. Chargebacks and disputes

[Draft: how disputes are handled with payment providers and creators.]
